Advanced Atlas Orthogonal
Chiropractor Duluth GA
C1 Spine Lab is an upper cervical chiropractic clinic in Duluth GA, serving patients from Duluth, Johns Creek, and surrounding North Atlanta communities. Patients often come to us because they want a focused, analytical approach rather than routine full-spine manipulation. Dr. Chuel-Hong Park evaluates whether the relationship between the head, atlas (C1), and cervical spine may be relevant to each patient’s concerns.
Dr. Park’s principal clinical foundation is Atlas Orthogonal chiropractic. His care draws on extensive upper cervical training, clinically indicated digital imaging, computer-assisted analysis, patient-specific correction planning, and structured rechecks. His later Advanced Orthogonal Certification and proprietary Real-Time Vector Correction Procedure further refine how a planned correction is translated into instrument placement and application. The procedure is designed to deliver a controlled impulse without forceful twisting, popping, or cracking of the neck.
C1 Spine Lab - How We are Different
Unlike general chiropractic offices that routinely manipulate multiple areas of the spine, C1 Spine Lab focuses on precise evaluation of the upper cervical region. When Atlas Orthogonal care is appropriate, Dr. Park uses patient-specific findings to plan a gentle, instrument-assisted correction of the atlas without forceful neck rotation or manual cracking.
The process includes listening to the patient’s history, performing a focused examination, using imaging only when clinically indicated, analyzing individual anatomy, applying a precisely directed correction, and rechecking relevant findings before deciding what should happen next. An adjustment is not repeated automatically at every visit.

What our Families Have to Say
"Dr. Park helped me progress from a pain score of 9 to 2.5 within two months. What made me feel comfortable was Dr. Park's extensive training and experience with numerous patients. He was able to tell me what to expect, and I did experience most of those transitional symptoms on my way to recovery."

"WOW! Dr. Park is a rare find. He is an expert in his field, and he is very honest. For those of you not familiar with Atlas Orthogonal chiropractic, it is a very technical and precise technique involving a gentle percussion instrument that moves the atlas bone back into alignment without any cracking or popping that is usually associated with chiropractic care. It is so gentle that the first time you might think that nothing happened....until your symptoms begin to alleviate!"
